Terms of Use

These terms apply to everyone who uses the MobiKreş app and the school apps running on the same platform (Renkli Kalem, Kutup Yıldızı Anaokulu). By using the app you accept these terms.

This is a translation provided for convenience; in case of any conflict, the Turkish version prevails.

1. The service

The app supports communication between a kindergarten and families (announcements, messaging, gallery, daily reports, attendance, payment tracking, etc.). The service is provided by Güven Şenol under the MobiKreş brand; your account is created by your school.

2. Your account

Do not share your sign-in details. You are responsible for activity under your account. Your school may close your account when your relationship with the school ends.

3. Prohibited content and conduct — zero tolerance

The following are prohibited and not tolerated:

• insults, harassment, threats, humiliation or hate speech;
• sexual, obscene or violent content;
• anything that exploits a child, puts a child at risk or violates a child's privacy;
• sharing another person's personal data, photo or voice without consent;
• spam, advertising or unlawful content;
• attempting to circumvent the app's security or access another account.

4. Reporting and blocking

You can report an inappropriate message, post, comment or person from within the app. Reports go to the school management and are reviewed within 24 hours. Content that breaks the rules is removed; the responsible account may be suspended or closed. You can block anyone who bothers you; you will not see messages or comments from people you block.

5. Child safety

Content that exploits or endangers a child is removed immediately, the account is closed and the case is reported to the competent authorities as required by law; the content may be retained as evidence for that purpose. If a child is in immediate danger, first call the emergency number 112.

6. You are responsible for your content

You are responsible for the text, photos, videos and voice messages you share. What you share must comply with your school's rules and applicable law.

7. Personal data

Personal data of children and families is processed under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). For details, see the Privacy Policy.

8. Suspension and termination

Accounts that violate these terms may be suspended or closed by the school management or the service provider without notice; violating content may be removed.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated. After a significant change the app asks you to accept the terms again.
