Photo Permission from Parents
If you choose, parents give digital photo permission for the gallery. Teachers see a “No photo permission” badge on children without it and cannot tag them in posts; admins see the status class by class and can record permission collected on paper.
End-of-Term Photo Deletion
Choose the day and scope for deleting last term’s photos. Parents are notified 30 and 7 days before deletion. Children’s photos are never kept longer than needed.
